Corporate Neurodiversity Training
EMPOWERING GLOBAL TEAMS THROUGH COGNITIVE DIVERSITY
In the modern workplace, cognitive diversity is a competitive advantage. Our corporate programmes move beyond "awareness" to provide managers with the psychological tools needed to lead neurodivergent talent effectively.
- Neuro-Inclusive Leadership: A masterclass for managers on "Precision Contracting" and objective-based feedback.
- Environmental Audits: Psychological assessments of physical and digital workspaces to reduce sensory friction and boost productivity.
- Policy Consultancy: Aligning recruitment and retention strategies with neuro-inclusive best practices.
"Neuro-inclusion isn’t just about support; it’s about optimising the unique cognitive strengths of your workforce." — Dr. Deirdre Kearney
The Senior Practitioner’s Forum: Systemic Leadership in Disability, Education & Social Care
About the course
This advanced 12-month Masterclass series bridges the gap between Behavioural Psychology, Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM), and Implementation Science. Grounded in the instructor’s published research (Kearney & Healy, 2024), the programme moves beyond "case management" to equip Senior Clinicians and Social Care Leaders with an evidence-based "Roadmap" for systemic change. The course addresses the specific complexities of the Irish sector—including staff turnover, HIQA compliance, and cross-agency working (PDS/Tusla/Schools). Participants will learn to diagnose organisational barriers, implement robust governance for restrictive practices, and lead neuroaffirming cultures of support using "Capable Environments" frameworks.
Programme Goals
Participants will transition from reactive "fire-fighting" to proactive systemic leadership. By mastering Implementation Science, they will be able to build "institutional memory" that survives staff turnover. This leads to more sustainable, consistent support for service users and reduces the "drift" in clinical practice often seen in complex services.
Who is this for?
Senior Psychologists, Behaviour Specialists, CDNT Leads, Social Care Managers (PICs), and School Principals/SENCOs who hold a leadership role in the design or governance of behaviour support services.
